Cabbage Soup Diet for Weight Loss

It is interesting to know that every one wants to loose weight and desires to look smart with out exercise and extra work. Cabbage soup diet is a great blessing for such persons who want to loose weight quickly. Soup diet contains low calories because in order to lose weight you have to burn more calories than consumption. The most appealing benefit of this soup is, you can eat as much as you want.
The recipes of soup vary slightly, but include a variety of low-calorie vegetables such as cabbage, onions, and tomatoes. However, this soup is not very nutritional so you should eat some specific foods like potatoes and other vegetables, fruits and meat on alternate day to avoid vitamin deficiency.

Day One:

Eat all seasonal fruits except banana, date and mango. Take cabbage soup as much as you love. Drink a lot of water to drain excessive fat from the body.

Day Two:

Eat your favorite fresh, raw, or cooked vegetables. Eat as much soup as you like but avoid dry beans, peas, and sweet corn.

Day Three:

Fruits and vegetables both you can eat at third day but don’t forget to take cabbage soup and plenty of water.

Day Four:

You can eat eight bananas, two glasses of skimmed milk and at least eight glasses of water.

Day Five:

You may eat broiled or baked white meat like chicken or fish with cabbage soup. Drink a lot of water to wash out uric acid from the body.

Day six:

Today you will eat up to 3 beef steaks and unlimited vegetables with cabbage soup

Day Seven:

Eat some brown rice, unsweetened fruit juices, vegetables and cabbage soup but you must avoid bread, alcohol and diet soda.

You can loose 10 to 15 pounds in a week by taking cabbage soup because your body starts burning the excessive stored fat during fasting.
