Breakfast:
Start your morning with two glasses of water. Take fresh and home made apple, pear or lemonade juice in the breakfast. Lemonade juice is considered as the most effective cleanser and it helps to repair the damaged tissue and enhances the metabolic rate.
Lunch:
In lunch drink freshly prepared juice of vegetables which you love like carrot, beet, celery or spinach. You can add lemonade or ginger juice to get different flavor.
Dinner:
It is better to avoid fruit juices at night. If you don’t want to take vegetable juice, make your supper appetizing with vegetable soup. This would be helpful in maintaining proper nutritious balance. During the fast, you can drink only fresh juices, water, and herbal teas. It will help you to flush out excessive fat and toxins from body. Break your fast gradually by eating little amount of rice and low protein diet. Consult your doctor if you have any health problem before observing juice fasting.
