Losing weight is not easy. It needs devotion, inspiration and hard work. Losing weight is hard, but being active and smart is important for life. Here are some methods and suggestions that will be helpful in losing weight and be healthy. By making a few easy changes you can lose weight rapidly.

  1. Calculate your basal metabolic rate (BMR). The requirement of your body to maintain and perform different functions is called BMR.
  2. Count the quantity of calories you burn for your activities throughout the day with the help of a calorie calculator
  3. Prepare a calorie plan and keep record .Your eating calories must be less than burning for losing excess fat.

    Balance Diet

    Always prefer balance diet based on vegetables, fruits, meat, fibers, milk and plenty of water. If you want to eat burger always use fish or poultry instead of red meat. Make your favorite dishes more interesting and healthier by grilling, baking, roasting, broiling or boiling them. Always try to take salad or cup of soup before your meal. It will decrease your appetite and stop over-eating, and help you to maintain portions level, all of which are necessary for decreasing obesity. It is better to finish your meal with fruits having low calories instead of sweets jar or dessert. It will provide you extra vitamins, minerals and fiber. It is very necessary to be conscious about nutrition and calories.

    Water

    Drink up plenty of water every day .Water helps to dissolve excess fat and drain out it .You can lose weight by water therapy. Drink at least 8 to 10 glasses of water per day. Try to avoid regular soda because every 20 ounces of Coca-Cola you drink have 250 calories. Drinking several glasses a day and you can easily down 1,000 liquid calories. If your consuming calories are 1,500 to 1,600 calories per day for losing weight, your whole calorie budget have almost used on soda.

    Exercise

    Try to spend more than half hour for Aerobics. Jogging, swimming and cycling are helpful to burn fat and excess calories, also help to maintain your metabolic rate. If you are not able to take aerobics or any other exercise, simply get outside and take a brisk walk for at least 10 minute daily. It is better to have any activity instead of sitting idle.
