Fruits for Weight Loss

After many research a great deal of scientists are agreed that raw fruits and vegetables are the only right nutrition for human beings. If you want to live a healthy life, you must consume as much of the 'right nutrition' as possible each day. There are several fruits that can naturally facilitate weight loss and fat burning.

Apricots:

Apricots contain low calories, high fiber, beta carotene and Vitamin A. They are helpful in weight loss because their high fiber contents facilitate the digestive process and help the body to get rid of toxins.

Strawberries:

Strawberries are very popular fruit which contain high fiber, vitamin C, potassium and ellagic acid. They are low in calories. Their seeds absorb water in the digestive tract which helps to eliminate toxins and unused material from the body. Vitamin C helps to dissolve extra fat from the body.

Apples:

They are very low in calories, high in fiber and Vitamin C. They are very low in fat and sodium which helps to facilitate digestion. Apples are excellent antioxidants and are helpful in preventing heart disease, lowering cholesterol and preventing cancer as well

Pears:

Pears are rich in dietary fiber, vitamin C, and other minerals like copper, potassium and boron. Enough of the fiber is soluble that it provides the same stomach-filling, cholesterol-lowering, sugar-blunting effects as other fruits.

Water melons:

Watermelons are a good source of vitamins A, C, and B6. They are also a great source of potassium, and low sodium. Watermelon is great snack for obese because it contains a large amount of water and has no fat. They provide stomach filling and cholesterol lowering effects.

These fruits are full of nutrition and can be used while dieting. It is better to eat a cup of fruit salad before your meal instead of fried and junk food because fruits help to protect the gastric system.
