Weight Loss Ideas

There are several reasons of obesity such as slow metabolism hormonal imbalancement, inactive lifestyle and unhealthy eating habits. People with slow metabolism have more tendencies to gain weight.It’s a natural desire of every one to look smart and gorgeous. There are some ideas and guidelines which help you to maintain your health by loosing weight.

  1. It is better to take 5 to 6 small meals or snacks in a day instead of eating food in a single sitting because eating several small meals helps the body to release less insulin, which maintains blood sugar in the body.
  2. Drink a lot of water, eight to ten glasses of water help to drain out excessive fat and uric acid from body.
  3. Walking for at least 45 minutes every day is crucial because it helps in burning extra calories. Walking is more important for people in deskbound jobs.
  4. Eat more vegetables and fruits during meals instead of fried and junk food because they are good source of nutrition. Take a cup of salad or low calorie soup before meal. It will help to lessen appetite.
  5. It is better to prefer whole grain breads and brown rice instead of white sugar, white rice, and white flour because they contain large amounts of carbohydrates, which may further lead to weight gain.
  6. Use skimmed milk in coffee or tea instead of whole milk or powdered milk as it is high in calcium and low in calories.
  7. Eat only when you feel appetite. Eat slowly because you would feel contended with your meal.
  8. Eat fruit rather than drinking juice because juices are very high in calories.
  9. Prepare a calorie plan and keep record .Your eating calories must be less than burning for losing excess fat.
  10. It is better to have any activity instead of sitting idle or watching TV.
