Exercise is a good tool for weight loss. There are two types of exercises, aerobic and strength training. Aerobic exercise burns fat calories while strength training helps to weight loss by enhancing the speed of your resting metabolic rate. You don't need to join a gym or buying weight training equipment when seeking a workout at home. You can perform different set of specific exercises that work out at different parts of body which you want to tone. Here some good and easy exercises are suggested for men to loose weight.
Jogging
Fast walking or jogging is a good aerobic exercise for burning fat. If you are going for walk, first stretch your body and warm up with brisk walking then gradually increase your speed as possible as you can. If you get tired, slow down for short period and do fast walking again. Jogging for 30to 45 minutes is necessary for overall fitness.
Stick-Up
Back is one of the largest muscle group areas on the body which need proper exercise to be firm and strong. Stick-up is a tough back exercise that workout at your central nervous system and helps to burn additional calories.
Stand 6 inches away from a wall keeping your back against it. Fasten your hands up above your head. Keeping your shoulders, elbows, and wrists in contact with the wall, slide your arms down the wall and stick your elbows into your sides. Return to the starting position.
Stepping
Stepping is a great exercise which works to improve your heart beat and burns calories. You can use your stairs at home for this exercise. Go 2 to 3 steps up and come down, repeat it 20 times. If you don’t have stairs at home you have to buy specialized stackable step mats and stack them up to at least 15 inches for best results. This exercise will help you to loose weight and shape up your buttocks and legs.
Push up
It is a good exercise which trains your chest, shoulders, triceps, abdomen and lower back. It helps to build muscles and burn calories. Lie down in pushup position by keeping legs straight, hands beneath your shoulders. Now brace your core. By keeping your body rigid, lower down until your chest touches the floor. Then push back up until your arms are extended.
If you want to loose weight, it is far better to do a combination of exercises that build muscles while burning fat. Do these exercises for 2-3 days per week, unhealthy fat will melt away quickly.
